Coordinates and executes Project with a cross-functional team by developing and evaluating Project plans and progress.
详细职责
1. Establishes Project objectives by analyzing Project proposal; collaborating with internal and external customers.
2. Establishes Project per Meritor GP3 process; determining the project scope, funding, staffing and Project schedule.
3. Establishes and achieves financial objectives by preparing a Project budget; scheduling and approving expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
4. Confirms Project performance by establishing standards; Manage and lead project participants through motivation and goal setting.
5. Prepares Project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Coordinate related department to solve the problems to ensure the delivering meet the timeline.
6. Accountable for delivering Project objectives. Highlight risks and develop mitigations of project risks.
7. Controls Project plan and schedule changes. Monitors scope of Project/project and the need for management attention.
8. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.


Language
- Use English complete project report and presentation.
- Introduce project presentation to committee in English
- Basic Japanese communication is preferred

- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Microsoft office Project
- AutoCAD or Pro E is preferred
教育/经验
? 3 years+ experience in multiple functions such as manufacturing, operations, R&D, quality, Project management in a multi-national company, automobile industry is preferred
? 3 years+ experience with drive train products utilized in specialty business segments
? Bachelors’ degree in Engineering or Business management, automotive engineering is preferred.
? Demonstrated management leadership and communication skills
? Engineering or Manufacturing involvement in the launch of a new product preferred
? Experience using Meritor’s C2C or GP3 or TS16949 APQP process preferred
